The following simple 4 step process is applicable for all homeowner new build projects.
This includes houses, apartments, bungalows and all residential dwellings.
Plans4urhome offer a fixed fee service so the prices that you see are the prices that you pay with no exceptions or hidden extras added on later.
You can revise the plans at any stage of the process until you are completely satisfied. We will, after all, be designing your new home so it's of great importance that you are completely happy at every stage of the development.
STEP 1: Initial On Site Consultation
Arrange an appointment at a mutually convenient time to discuss requirements
On our first visit to your property, we will carry out a survey of your land or home to confirm the feasibility and discuss planning issues of the development. We will then discuss various designs with you to ascertain your exact requirements, so as to prepare a comprehensive and detailed set of drawings.
Advice on planning, building regulations, budget and build costs will also be provided.

STEP 3: Detailed Design/Building Regulations
After your scheme is approved by the Local Planning Authority, Plans4urhome will provide detailed construction drawings and specifications for Building Regulations approval.

Four complete sets of drawings will be provided along with performer tender documentation, JCT building contract and tendering information and instructions.
